The evaporative cooling is an innovative, economic and environmentally friendly way of cooling of small to large private to industrial facilities. EsseCI developed a line of electronic devices made of control panel and power module, which are able to control and adjust the system, to manage the automatic draining of the water basin and the washing/drying of pads.

The power modules are submitted to a conformal coating treatment, known also as tropicalization. Its purpose is to provide a good barrier against moisture, dust or other potentially harmful contaminants which may affect the operational integrity of the assembly.

The process consists of coating the printed circuit board assembly with a film of resin that hardens through the application of heat or through a reaction with surface moisture.

User-friendly menu, high configurability and the reliability of EsseCI are the strength points of these new devices.

FEATURES:

  • Humidistat: The system creates a comfortable indoor climate with the optimal combination of temperature and humidity. That allows you to adjust the inside temperature and the humidity set-point: when humidity exceeds the set-point level, it stops the process of pads steeping/moistening, in order to prevent the outflow of humid air.
  • Real Time Clock: the built-in programming Real Time Clock allows you to set up to 16 cooler on/off programs.
  • Float: Water is constantly supplied to moisten the pads inside a cooler. The excess water collects in a sump. The float control is very useful in order to constantly monitor the level of water and avoid over-flow of water sump
  • Fan speed: the fan speed can be set by parameter or managed by steps, up to 3 speeds for the SCRE50 and 5 speeds for the SCRE70, or may vary according to the measured temperature.
  • Efficient start up function / pads steeping: it is possible to steep/moisten the cellulose pads before the fan start up in order to improve the evaporative cooler efficiency.
  • Descale function / pads wash up: it is possible to set a pads wash up cycle at the evaporative cooler shutdown in order to prevent the cellulose pads from furing up.
  • Pads drying function: to dry pads at the evaporative cooler shutdown, to prevent them from deteriorating and improve the hygienic conditions of the cooling plant.
  • Antilegionella function / tank drain: it is possible to set a partial or total tank drain and so a water exchange in order to prevent the water in the tank from stagnating and contribute to the microbial growth and reduce the legionella risk.
  • Password to enter the configuration parameters.
  • LED display to show the cycle in progress.
